Alltite Expands into Williston, North Dakota

Wichita Business Journal has reported that Alltite Bolting Services has opened a new office in Williston, North Dakota.

In an effort to provide ever-better and more responsive service to drilling operations in the Bakken Formation, Oil and natural gas production in the area has been rapidly increasing and Alltite provides indispensable tools, training, calibration, and repair services need to keep production up.

The office will be managed by Wichita’s own Dane Moore. He has his work cut out for him. The Journal notes that the U.S. Geological Survey has estimated the Bakken Formation could contain 3.0 to 4.3 billion barrels of oil. Alltite President, Andy Smith, says of the decision to move into Williston, The importance of operations in this region can’t be overstated. We knew we had to be close to ensure maximum productivity. We knew we had to be on-site to maintain the world class service we are known for. The decision was easy.
